SHIPPING INFO
Your balms come to you carefully packaged and with basic care instructions. The balms themselves are gift-wrapped together, so they are ready for gift-giving (if you need them individually wrapped, please specify at checkout).
Shipping charges are calculated by the Post Office based on weight; the cheapest rate will be First Class mail. Balms generally arrive at US addresses within a week via First Class. However, during warm months when mail can sit in trucks in high heat---possibly causing balms to get soft---I suggest choosing Priority shipping just to be safe. Priority starts at about $4.95. For larger orders, I have Priority flat rate boxes and can fit at least 12 balms in one.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS
Because balms are a personal care item, I cannot accept returns.
However, if there is ever a problem with your order, let me know immediately and I will either send you a new balm (or balms) immediately, issue store credit, or refund your entire purchase price. I want you to be happy with your order! :)
